Tuesday October 11th: She’s the queen of southern cooking, the maven of butter and the champion of rich and decadent dishes. America’s sweetheart, Paula Deen (Savannah, GA) sits down with Dr. Oz to talk about food, family, and her worst habit. Deen takes the challenge of reducing her two favorite dishes by half the calories and fat. Then, could your finger nails indicate that something is wrong inside your body? Dr. Oz and Cynthia (Brick, NJ) reveal three warning signs that your nails are sending about your health. If you can’t face the mirror without seeing every flaw, then Dr. Oz has a solution for you. Women’s Health Magazine contributor Dr. Keri Peterson (New York, NY) sits down with Dr. Oz to help Grete (Wantagh, NY) and Shelley (Jamaica, NY) prevent breakouts, wrinkles and cracked skin. After that, coffee can be like a prescription to prevent all kinds of diseases and conditions, and today Dr. Oz shares an added perk. Frances and Grimilda (Washingtonville, NY) are in the studio to discuss how you can prepare your coffee to rev up those health benefits even more.
Wednesday October 12th: Dr. Oz gives you five ways to recharge your body for a younger, smarter, faster you in just 5 days. Have you lost your libido? Are your eyes just not what they used to be? Dr. Oz is conquering what people are most afraid of losing as they age with guests Lisa, Stephanie (East Orange, NJ), Cheryl (Fork River, NJ) and Deborah (Yonkers, NY). Dr. Oz also reveals the six best foods to power up your memory with guests Karen (Marlboro, NJ) and Joan (Bay Shore, NY). A lack of sleep isn’t the only thing keeping your energy down. That is exactly what happened to Tamika (Philadelphia, PA), Chanane (Sharon Hill, PA) and Justine (Philadelphia, PA), who all sit down with Dr. Oz to discuss a simple 28-day plan to restore their high school physique before the big day. After that, do you want to reduce stress, look younger and feel better? The secret remedy may already be in your fridge. Dr. Oz is talking about the super healing powers of a household favorite: lemons.
